Thank you for your generosity in supporting
Community Link Foundation.
Without your support, our charity wouldn’t be able to continue supporting so many good causes in our region.
A couple from Birkdale are hosting a summer garden party to raise money for Community Link Foundation.
Mark and Lyn Cunningham are going to open up their family home on Crescent Road for the second year running to fundraise for the charity.
The Big Summer Bash 2019 will be held on Saturday, July 6 and if it’s anything like last year’s event, it’s set to be a great day – and night!
The event will start at 3pm and there will be live entertainment from Matt Fearon and Decoy as well as DJs Alistair Cunningham and Paul Ennis.
Last year the event raised more than £1,400 and then an additional £10,000 was donated by Anthony James Estate Agents, which is owned by Mark and Lyn.
Lyn Cunningham said: “We are really looking forward to hosting this event again this year as we enjoyed it so much last time. We have supported Community Link Foundation since its inception and we feel so passionate about what they do to support people in the local community.”
It is £20 a ticket for adults and under 16s are £10 each.
Enda Rylands, chairman of Community Link Foundation, said: “This was a great event last year and Mark and Lyn are such wonderful hosts. They have been great supporters of Community Link Foundation since its inception, helping us fundraise year in, year out.
“We are so grateful to them for all their support and for holding this event in their home again. We would really love people to support this event and the money raised for Community Link Foundation will go towards great projects in the community.”
