Thank you for your generosity in supporting
Community Link Foundation.
Without your support, our charity wouldn’t be able to continue supporting so many good causes in our region.
The Community Link Foundation was delighted to be chosen as the Charity of the Year for Southport Flowershow 2015, commencing with the Gala Preview Evening and in addition the Community Link Foundation is hosting an Exclusive Hospitality Day on Saturday 22nd August for 200 guests which is to be sponsored by Southport Building firm Kingswood Homes.
Kingswood Homes (UK) Ltd was established in 2009 with a view to developing small residential projects throughout the North West of England. The company, which is privately owned, was started by Paul Jones and Stephen Heaton with the help of a private investor Alastair Salt, all of whom felt there was a gap in the market for a high quality small residential developer concentrating on redundant brown field sites and helping to regenerate local towns by providing much needed housing.
Kingswood are currently developing Ploughman’s Close in Southport, it is an individual development of fourteen 2, 3 and 4 bedroom properties in the suburban setting of Crossens. These 14 properties are offered with Kingswood’s unrivalled levels of specification all of which are provided to the highest quality finish and are included as standard within the asking price. This exclusive development is excellently positioned with a selection of local shops, services and a primary school within walking distance.
Crossens is located on the primary route between Southport and Preston (A565) with easy access to the North West and beyond and regular bus services between Southport – Preston directly pass the site. Those wishing to explore the local area can enjoy the countryside on their doorstep, with numerous walks and access to a national, cycle network. The Plough also benefits from being close to the Victorian Botanic Gardens and the historic manor house Meols Hall, nestled within the historic village of Churchtown, and the Sefton Coast with its golden sandy beaches and nature reserves is moments away.
Kingswood Homes are designed for living and built for life.
Paul Jones of Kingswood said “we have been supporting the Community link Foundation for a couple of years as we truly believe that we have a responsibility in communities where we develop and we can think of no better way to be involved than through a local charity such as Community link Foundationâ€
